LBP Licensed
Restricted building work on renovations, new builds, and structural alterations legally requires a Licensed Building Practitioner. We hold that licence — every consented job is signed off with a full Record of Work for your property file.
NZCB Certified
Membership of the New Zealand Certified Builders Association holds us to a trade standard above the legal minimum — and unlocks the Halo 10-year residential guarantee for eligible work.
Halo 10-Year Guarantee
Available on eligible renovation and new build work. Registered independently through NZCB — it doesn't depend on us still trading. If something goes wrong within 10 years, the guarantee holds regardless.
HazardCo Member
Every site runs through HazardCo's H&S management system — site-specific hazard registers, safety plans, and documented controls. Every job, from a minor repair to a full renovation.
